How long do the diffusers last?
Each diffuser lasts between 3 to 4 months, depending on room temperature, airflow, and how many reeds you use. For a stronger scent, flip the reeds weekly.
Are your diffusers safe for pets and children?
Our products are made with high-quality, non-toxic fragrance oils. However, we always recommend keeping diffusers out of reach of children and pets and avoiding direct contact with skin or eyes.
What’s included with each diffuser purchase?
Each diffuser comes with a glass bottle pre-filled with premium fragrance oil and 15 reed sticks. Simply unbox, pop in the reeds, and let the scent gently infuse your space.
How many reeds should I use?
The number of reeds you use controls the scent strength. More reeds = stronger scent. For more delicate fragrances or larger rooms, you may want to use more reeds—or even multiple diffusers. For more potent scents or smaller spaces, fewer reeds will provide a softer aroma.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across the UK. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon—stay tuned via our newsletter!
Can I send a diffuser as a gift?
Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll pack your order beautifully with a handwritten note. No pricing will be included in the parcel.
Are your products vegan and eco-friendly?
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, a small flat-rate fee will apply, which you'll see at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if something arrives less than perfect. Please email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we’ll sort it out right away—either with a replacement or a refund.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the item is unopened and in its original condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first before sending anything back.
How do I request a refund or return?
